JMS Rogers Labour Day special interview with Singapore Radio Channel OLI 96.8FM

Mr. Roger Rajan of JMS Rogers on a Labour Day special interview with Singapore Radio Channel OLI 96.8FM

Mr. Roger Rajan of JMS Rogers on a Labour Day special interview with Singapore Radio Channel OLI 96.8FM, where he was interviewed on what we do and on the procedures of how we do it.

As mentioned by Mr. Roger Rajan during the interview, those who require our services are those in need of Debt collection for individuals with personal loan given to a friend or family member and for those who are in need of Credit Recovery services for corporate companies.

What we do is to send out “Letter of Demand” to the Debtors place of residence or place of business, we do necessary background checks on the Debtor and handover the case to our Enforcement officers who are usually in a team of 3-4. Our Enforcement officers then proceed to engage the Debtors to negotiate and mediate on Debt and payment either in Full or by monthly installment plans on accordance to their financial situation and capabilities.

The Debtors are told to prioritize their prompt payment to our client/s first before they are to settle others as a single debtor may have multiple creditors whom they may have loaned from outside.

A few words from Mr. Roger Rajan:

“I’ve been both a creditor and a debtor myself, thus I am able to put both on a scale and not only weigh the options from both sides but also be able to see the situation and difficulties faced by both parties. I’ve been seeing a lot of individuals going through debts and unnecessary trouble from it and one of the main reasons for it because of ever-rising costs and high standards of living in Singapore. Making ends meet whether in terms of family wise or corporate wise is another top reason for overdue debts from not being able to pay/clear the debts on time.

I believe some of us are going through a hard time financially, but just don’t end up in a dire situation where you’re in deep debts for trying to make ends meet. I know it’s not easy, but there are always other better avenues to make your ends meet and to keep yourself away from unwanted problems that arise from bad debt situations.”
